KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that SARAH A. NEEB, a single person,
formerly known as SARAH A. SEYMOUR, P.O. Box 5024, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTOR, for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to SARAH A. NEEB, a single person,
P.O. Box 5024, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTEE, and her heirs and assigns, the following property
located at 107817 U.S. Highway 89, Etna, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
That real property described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming on September 10, 2007 in Book 671 at Page 594 as Receiving No.
932965, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
pertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, easements, and
rights -of -way of record, of sight, or in use.

Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do(es) Convey and Warrant To
Bill Neeb, a single person,
grantee(s), whose address is: P.O. Box 5211 Etna, WY, 83118 the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 35 North Range 119 West,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
572 of Photostatic Records on page 184, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast spike of said tract, North 00 °07'54" West, 802.60 feet, from the Southeast corner of
said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter;
thence South 89 °44'40" West, 186.21 feet, to a point;
thence North 01 °35'37" West, 115.82 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point on the South line of that
tract of record in said Office in Book 377 of Photostatic Records on page 628, and leave said fence line;
thence North 89 °44'00" East, 189.17 feet, along the South line of said tract in Book 377, to a spike on the East line
of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter;
thence South 00 °07'54" East, 115.83 feet, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
