in consideration of Ten and 00 /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
Grantees, whose address is 270 Robinson Lane, Bedford, WY 83112,
the following real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exception laws of the state, to wit:
A portion of the property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 406PR on page 424 and the
property referred to in Deed recorded in Book 444PR on page 375 and with the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming within Lot 1(NE1/4NE1/4) of Section 5, T33N R118W, of the
6th, P.M. located South of Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING a cotton gin spike marking a point in the east line of said NE1/4NE1/4, said point
being 1097.57 feet S0 °43'51 "W from the BLM type monument found marking Baker Engineers
PE /LS 698, 1981, location for the Northeast corner of said Section 5; thence S0 °43'51 "W,
continuing along said east line, 217.90 feet to a cotton gin spike; thence N89 °16'09 "W,
perpendicular to said east line, 199.92 feet to an Iron Pipe; thence S0 °43'51 "W, parallel with said
east line, 34.53 feet to an Iron Pipe; thence N89 °16'09 "W, perpendicular to said east line, 130.08
feet to an Iron Pipe; thence N0 °43' 51 "E, parallel with said east line, 252.44 feet to an Aluminum
Cap on Iron Pipe set; thence S89 °16'09 "E, perpendicular to said East line, 330.00 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, containin g 1.754 acres of land.
