consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt
where of is hereby acknowledge, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM an undivided one -half interest in the following
described property to GLADE G. JONES and ANNETTE Y. JONES, husband and wife, and JOSEPH G. JONES and
USA J. JONES, husband and wife; Grantees, whose mailing address is 77907 US Highway 189, Kemmerer, WY
83101 and 77405 US Highway 189, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, respectively. Conveyance to said Grantees is
as tenants in common.
The property hereby conveyed is situated in the County
described as follows:

T26N, R115W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
Section 1: SW1 /4SE1/4, NW1 /4NW1/4 (lot 4)
Hereby releasing and waiving all right under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming. Reserving unto the grantors any mineral interest held.
