KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of July 02,
2013, and executed by Kirk Hathaway and Darlene Hathaway, Husband and Wife, to The
Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein
described as security for the payment of $375,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office
of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
the 11 day of July, 2013 in Book 815 of Mortgages, at Page 358 as document #971933 and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:

the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
