FORECLOSURE SALE CERTIFICATE OF PURCHASE
All words and phrases in bolt print herein are defined on Schedules 1 and 4 attached
hereto. The persons and things to which those words and phrases apply to herein are
also stated on Schedules 1, 3, and 4 attached hereto.
The Grantor states:
1. This Certificate of Purchase is made pursuant to the powers, including the
power of sale, contained in The Lien and Wyoming law.
2. Defaults occurred on The Debt secured by The Lien.
3. As disclosed on Schedule 4 attached, the pre -sale requirements of The Lien and
said law, have been complied with.
4. On Foreclosure Sale Date, The Collateral was sold to the Successful Bidder(s)
and Grantee(s) at public auction for the Successful Bid.
Therefore, in consideration of the Successful Bid by the Successful Bidder(s)
and Grantee(s), the Grantor grants to the Successful Bidder(s) and Grantee(s) this
Foreclosure Sale Certificate of Purchase to The Collateral without any covenant or
warranty, express or implied. After all redemption periods have passed without a
redemption, upon tender to me of this Certificate of Purchase, I shall issue a deed
to the Successful Bidder and Grantee.
