Workman, also known as Deborah Salazar, a married woman,
GRANTOR, for Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Edward A. Bundy and Mary E. Bundy,
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, with a
mailing address of 243 East Sesame Circle, Tempe, AZ, 85283, the
following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 130 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 18, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on May 3,
1979 as instrument No. 523540 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
Including and together with all and singular the improvements
thereon and all tenements, appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto
belonging, but subject to taxes, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, and rights -of -way of record.
Mike A. Salazar has joined in the execution of this Warranty Deed
solely for the purpose of waiving and releasing any and all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
WITNESS the due execution and delivery of this Warranty Deed this
