RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 4 day of May 20 04 made and executed
by Dave Crooks AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation,
as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
26,100.00 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage was recorded on the 25 day of
May 2004, in Book 556 PR Page 618 Number 899592 of the Official
Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and mortgaging the following described real estate
in said County, to -wit:
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been executed this 5th day
