Trust, dated August 2, 2000, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Merlin D. Agenbroad and Julie A.
Agenbroad, husband and wife, GRANTEES, whose address is PO Box 431, Kemmerer, WY
83101, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in Lot 66 of Spring Canyon Ranches
Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions,
