KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: that JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., a National Banking
Association organized and existing under the laws of the United States with an address of 4915
Independence Pkwy, Floor 2, Tampa, Florida 33634, is the owner and holder of that certain mortgage
bearing date November 17, 2010 executed by GREGORY E. SEAY AND TINA R. SEAY, HUSBAND
AND WIFE to secure payment of the sum of $273,133.00 and interest, and recorded in the office
of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, state of Wyoming, on the 2 day of December, 2010 in
Book 758, at Page 225 being receiving No. 956999, and for value received, does hereby partially release
and discharge from the lien of the said mortgage the following described portion of the mortgaged
premises, commonly known as 487 PINE ST, ALPINE WY 83128, and situated in the County of
Lincoln, state of Wyoming to -wit:.
LOT NO. 58 OF THE REES SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM ALL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" WHICH
SHALL REMAIN UNDER THE MORTGAGE DESCRIBED ABOVE.
Said Mortgage remains in full force and effect as to the other remaining Parcel(s) of real estate
described in the Mortgage referenced above.
This Partial Release of Mortgage is being recorded as a result of an error in the legal description of the
Mortgage described above.

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said NE 'A SE 'A OF Section 20, coincident with the
