KNOW ALL PERSON BY THESE PRESENTS, that MITCHELL WAYNE BROWN,
TRUSTEE of the MITCHELL W. BROWN FAMILY TRUST dated January 25, 2002, holding title to
an undivided one quarter (1/4) interest; that MITCHELL WAYNE BROWN, holding title to an
undivided one eighth (1 /8th) interest "as custodian for his minor son, CLANCY CLYDE BROWN; that
MITCHELL WAYNE BROWN, holding title to an undivided one eighth (1 /8th) interest "as custodian
for his minor daughter, KATIE JEAN BROWN; that MARK EDWARD BROWN, a married man,
holding title to an undivided one quarter (1/4) interest; that MARK EDWARD BROWN, holding title to
an undivided on -eight (1 /8th) interest "as custodian for his minor son, LUKE RYAN BROWN; and that
MARK EDWARD BROWN, a married man, holding title to on undivided one eighth (1 /8th) "as
custodian for his minor daughter, KODI JEAN BROWN; as tenants in common, GRANTORS, for and
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto MITCHELL
WAYNE BROWN, TRUSTEE of the MITCHELL W. BROWN FAMILY TRUST dated January' 25,
2002, an undivided one quarter (1/4) interest; to CLANCY CLYDE BROWN, a married adult man, an
undivided one eighth (1 /8th) interest; to KATIE JEAN BROWN, a married adult woman, an undivided
one eighth (1 /8th) interest; to MARK EDWARD BROWN, a married man, an undivided one quarter
(1/4) interest; to LUKE RYAN BROWN, a married adult man, an undivided one eighth (1 /8th) interest;
and to KODI JEAN BROWN, a single adult woman, an undivided one eighth (1 /8th) interest; as tenants
in common, GRANTEES, and their heirs and /or successors and assigns forever, all such right, title,
interest property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
That real property described in the legal description described in the Quitclaim Deed that
was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on February 4, 2002 in Book 482
PR at Page 817 as Instrument No. 878966, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging, Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
encumbrances, reservations, and rights -of -way of sight or of record.

DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to Mitchell Wayne
Brown, a married man, Mitchell Wayne Brown as custodian for his minor son
Clancy Clyde Brown, Mitchell Wayne Brown as custodian for his minor daughter
Katie Jean Brown, Mark Edward Brown, a married man, Mark Edward Brown as
