The Grantors hereby release and waive all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto GLACIER BANK, of Alpine,
Wyoming, its successors and assigns forever. Gary G. Good and Gloria A. Good, nor any other
person on our behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title in the premises or
any part thereof, but we, them and every one of them shall by these presents be excluded and
forever barred.

DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Gary G. Good and Gloria A. Good,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety, in consideration of the sum of Ten and No /100
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by I sl. BANK,
Division of Glacier Bank, a United States banking corporation, of Alpine, Wyoming, its
successors and assigns, 79 highway 89, Alpine, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, and forever quitclaimed
and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever
quitclaim unto Glacier Bank, Alpine, Wyoming, its successors and assigns, forever, alI such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have,
in or to all the following described premises to wit:
Lot 19 Trail Creek Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed April 3,
2002, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 196F.
This deed is an absolute grant of title in effect as well as in form, and is not intended by
the Grantors to be a mortgage. The conveyance herein is subject to acceptance by l BANK,
Division of Glacier Bank, of Alpine, Wyoming, and the Grantors acknowledge that 1 BANK's
interest in the above described property shall not merge with any existing mortgages in favor of
the Grantee and that any such mortgages encumbering the above described property shall remain
in full force and effect until a mortgage release is properly recorded by the Grantee. The
acceptance of this Deed and the consideration therefore shall be evidenced by and be the
recorded Release of said Mortgage(s).
