Member # 1300412 WO# 13653 DIS ON EASEMENT ~OW ~L ~N BY T~SE PRESENT: '?:: ~_~ 3:?. ..... ~_.~ That ~, the undersigned, DUANE STANLEY LEFEV~, ~, and CARRIE D~NEY LEFEV~, husband & wife, ("~antor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Co~oration, of ~on and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("~antees"), a pe~etual easement and right of way for the construction and continued m~nten~ce, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the ~antee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises of ~antor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along a line described as follows, to wit: BEING a portion of the NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 30, T33N, Rll8W, fith P.M., in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at a point 168 feet North and approximately 42 feet East of the SW corner of the NE1/4 SE1/4 of said Section 30. Thence S 32° E, 50 feet to a point; Thence N 75© E, 18 feet to a meter location. EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line. Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said hcilities, and to cut, trim, or remove trees, shmbbew, undergro~h or other obstructions interfering with the repair and,~.maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor ac~owledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) ar~ naturally occuffing in the distribution of electricity, 'and the Grantee has here notified Grantor.that E~ testing and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other hcilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
