for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to JAMES M.
COMBS and MATTHEW J. COMBS, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, Grantees, whose
address is 1437 5th West, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, all of Grantors' right, title and interest in and
to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to -wit:

Section 34: NW1 /4NW1 /4
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
