IN CONSIDERATION of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, Bank of Star Valley, being the holder
of a certain mortgage deed made by Kirby D. Booth and Patrecia L. Booth, dated 03/30/2007
and recorded on 04/10/2007 in Official Record as Receiving No. 928279, Book 654 Page 73, in
the amount of $61,000.00 on the Recorder's Office of, Lincoln County, WY, upon the following
premises to wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED AND MADE A PART THEREOF.
For itself, its successors and assigns, Bank of Star Valley, does hereby waive the priority of its
mortgage referenced above, in favor of a certain mortgage to Wells Fargo Bank N.A., its
succ ssor and asst n s, executed by Kirby D Booth and Patrecia L. Booth, being dated the
2116 day of 6C-ft) h e r in an amount not to exceed $187,600.00, and
recorded in Official Record Document Number 17 x.53 Voluwe-
Rac�o Recorder's Office, Lincoln County, WY and upon the premises above
described. Bank of Star Valley mortgage shall be unconditionally subordinate to the mortgage
to Wells Fargo Bank N.A., its successors and assigns, in the same manner and with like effect
as though the said later encumbrance had been executed and recorded prior to filing for record
of the Bank of Star Valley mortgage, but without in any manner releasing or relinquishing the
lien of said earlier encumbrance upon said premises.
