That in consideration of the full payment of the indebtedness mentioned in a certain MORTGAGE dated
the 1 day of November 2006 recorded in the Mortgage Record Book 639 at Page 194 Instrument No. 924043 in
the office of the County Clerk in and for Lincoln County executed by Randle A. Lambert And Arlene J. Lambert,
Husband And Wife in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. "MERS nominee for
METROCITIES MORTGAGE, LLC., its successors, and assigns, and in the original mortgage amount of
5160,000.0000 and on the following real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 29 Of STAR VALLEY RANCH Plat 18, Lincoln County, Wyoming As Described On The
Official Plat Filed On May 3, 1979 As Instrument NO. 523540 Of The Records Of The Lincoln
County Clerk.
The undersigned Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for the beneficial owner,
holder of the above mentioned Mortgage, does hereby acknowledge that the beneficial owner has received full
payment and satisfaction of said Mortgage Deed, and surrenders the same as canceled and hereby directs the Clerk of
said Public Records to cancel the same of record.
