Robert B. Linford and Linda Hyde Linford, Grantors, whose address is 8849 Hwy 238,
Afton, Wyoming 83110, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to
the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Robert Boyd Linford and Linda Hyde
Linford, Trustees of the Robert Boyd Linford and Linda Hyde Linford Joint Revocable Trust
under agreement dated April 7, 2011, whose address is 8849 Hwy 238, Afton, Wyoming 83110,
all of Grantors' right, title and interest, if any, in and to the following described real estate
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise. Hereby
releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of this state.
This transfer is subject to the provisions of Wyo. Stat. Ann. 4 -10 -402 (West). The
property conveyed herein and the proceeds resulting from the sale or disposition thereof shall
have the same immunity from the claims of Grantors separate creditors as it would if it had
remained held by the entireties.
