MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
HEREBY TAKE NOTICE that under an Agreement for Sale and
Purchase of Property dated the 14-' day of col.
2014, between Wayne R. Donnafield and Lorinda A. Donnafield, husband and
wife, as Sellers, and Chris W. Hazle and Jennifer D. Hazle, husband and wife, as
Buyers, Sellers did agree to sell and Buyers did agree to purchase a certain tract
of real property located in Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as
follows:
Lot 13 of Block 11 to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat
thereof;
Known as: 819 South Main, Kemmerer WY 83101;
Tax notices will continue to be sent to Sellers. There are many
other covenants in the original Agreement for Sale and Purchase of
Property. Each Party has a copy of said Agreement.
