Donnafield and Lorinda A. Donnafield, husband and wife, as Sellers, and Chris W. Hazle and Jennifer D. Hazle, husband and wife, as Buyers, Sellers did agree to sell and Buyers did agree to purchase a certain tract of real property located in Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows: Lot 13 of Block 11 to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof; Known as: 819 South Main, Kemmerer WY 83101; Tax notices will continue to be sent to Sellers.
