Member # 202703 WO# 15023 & 15024 Section 31, T34N, Rll8W DISTRI ~OW ALL .MEN BY T~SE P~SENT: That ~, the undersigned, LEON ROGERS and CHRISTINE ROGERS, husband & Wife, ("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Ener~, a Cooperative Corporation, of A~on and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns; ("Grantees"), a pe~etu~ easement and right of way for the const~ction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be const~cted and maintained under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in L~COLN County, State of WYO~G along a line described as follows, to wit: ' BEING part of SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 31, T34N, RllSW, 6th P.M., in Lincoln Connty, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: BEG~N~G N89o 49' 07" W 426 feet from the Southeast corner of said SW1/4 SW1/4. Thence N 89© 49' 07" W 365 feet to a point. Thence N 51© W 551 feet to a transformer location. Thence N 45° E 50 feet to ~ meter location. EASEMENT includes 20 feet North of the 3'65 foot portion and 10 feet on each side of the remaining footage. TOgether with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities' and t° cut, trim, or remove trees, sh~bbe~, undergro~h or other obst~ctions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The ~antor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) ard'haturally occurring in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified ~antor that EMF testing and information is available upon request from the ~antee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's ~xpense shall remain the prope~y of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
