DEEDS ON PAGE 14 AND IN BOOK 13 OF DEEDS ON PAGE 256 AND TO THE STATE
HIGHWAY COMMISSION OF WYOMING AS DESCRIBED IN THOSE INSTRUMENTS OF
RECORDS IN SAID OFFICE IN BOOK 134PR ON PAGE 1 SOME 1060' TO THE POINT
WHERE THE HIGHWAY MEETS THE EAST SIDE OF SAID QUARTER THEN TURNING
NORTH RUNNING 1033.23' TO THE POINT OF ORIGIN. THIS FORMA A TRIANGULAR
SHAPE EAST OF HIGHWAY 89 CONSISTING OF 5.74 ACRES MORE OR LESS, WITH
ALL WATER AND MINERAL RIGHTS.
SUBJECT TO the Restrictions, Conditions, Covenants, Rights, Rights of Way, and Easements that are
now of record, if any.
The then acting Trustee has the power and authority to encumber or otherwise to manage and dispose of the
hereinabove described real property; including, but not limited to, the power to convey.
