EASEMENT
KNOW THESE P SENT:
That ~, the undersigned, BRYAN R. PER~S and JULIE G. PE~S, husband & wife,
("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowled}ed, do
hereby grant, convey and wa~ant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Co¢oration, of Alton
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assi~s, ~"Gr ~ "'

right of way Gr the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of
the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along
a line described as follows, to wit:
BEING a portion of the SE1/4 SW1/4,Section 14, T34N, Rll9W of the 6th P.M., in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 232 ft. West of the SE corner of the SE1/4 SW1/4 of said Section 14,
and running thence West 278 ft. to the east bank of the East Side Canal;
Thence in a Northerly direction approximately 258 ft. along the east bank of said canal to a
point;
Thence S 11° E, 262 ft. to an existing power pole and true point of beginning;
Thence N30oW, 114 ft.
Thence N20OE, 47 fl. to a transformer location.
EASEMENT to include 10 feet °n each side of described line except to narrow as necessary to
accommodate structures.
Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of in,ess and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said hcilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shmbbe~, under~owth or other ob}tractions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
hcilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and ma~etic Fields (EMF) are naturally
occu~ing in the distribution of electricity, ~d the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing
and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned a~ees that ali wires
~d other hcilities, installed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
prope~y of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby rel~ase and waive all
rights under and by vi~ue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
