Stat. §I -18 -106, certifies that it is the owner and holder of that certain Sheriffs Certificate of Sale, dated July 8, 2014, and recorded in the records of the office of the County Cleric and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 8, 2014 Reception No. 977361 in Book 835, Page 753, covering the following described real property: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 32 North Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent and more correctly described a portion of that tract of theat tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 329PR on page 494 paragraphs No. follows: Beginning at the Northeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence South 89 °10.3' West, 1330.64 feet, along the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, to the Northwest comer thereof; thence South 00 °34.3' West, 831.62 feet, along the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, to a point; thence North 89 °07.7' East, 1326.13 feet to a point on the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North 00 °53.1 East, 830.73 feet, along said East line, to the corner of beginning EXCEPTING THEREFROM the land contained in the Quitclaim Deed recorded June 19, 2002 in Book 492PR on page 179 of the records of Lincoln County Clerk. Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto. The foreclosure sale foreclosed that certain mortgage dated November 26, 2007 and recorded December 11, 2007, in Book 680PR, Page 830 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming wherein Scott Smith and Sandra Smith executed the same as Mortgagor to 1 Bank Afton in the original principal amount of $66,006.00. The highest and best bid for said property at said foreclosure sale was the amount of $65,000.00, bid by Charles Kleeman Meghan Kleeman. The undersigned certifies that full and sufficient redemption funds have been received from Scott and Sandra Smith on October 3, 2014.
