thence N1 °17'07 "E, 386.97 feet to a found U.S.F.S. monument; thence N53 °31'53 "E, 270.13 feet to a found
U.S.F.S. monument; thence N7 °56'05 "W, 368.85 feet to a point on line between found U.S.F.S. monuments;
thence N89 °59'46'E, 498.79 feet to the West line of said Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2 Amended
instrument #559191 said point being on line between found NW1 /16 and CW1/16 of said Section 19 as shown
on said Subdivision Plat; thence S0 °00'01 "E, 1017.93 feet along said found subdivision line to the point of
beginning.
