makes this Certificate of Sale in his capacity as such.
2. That a default has occurred under the terms of (a) that certain promissory note dated May 10, 2011,
executed and delivered by Michael Lawrence Kentner and Brenda Ellen Kentner to Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Reliance First Capital LLC, Limited Liability Company, its successors
and assigns and (b) that certain mortgage dated May 10, 2011 (the "Mortgage securing said note, which Mortgage
was executed and delivered by said mortgagors, to said mortgagee, and was recorded on May 18, 2011 at Reception
No. 959332 in Book 766 at Page 781, in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of
Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and which Mortgage covers that certain real property described
below, as follows, to -wit:
The land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and is described as follows:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 31 North, Range 119 West,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 284 of
photo static records on page 119, described as follows:
Beginning at a spike on the South line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 24, South 89 °57'49" West, 910.10 feet
from the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence coursing along an existing exterior boundary fence line, in
part, as follows:
North 08 °22'37" West, 138.59 feet, to a point at a fence corner; North 88 °25'02 East 101.94 feet, to a point at a fence
corner; North 00 °17'58" East, 106.35 feet, to a point at a fence corner; South 87 °41'25" West, 20.57 feet, to a point at a
fence corner; North 00°01'18" East, 140 -69 feet, to a point at a fence corner; South 89 °20'42" West, 335.28 feet, to a
point of the Northeasterly right -of -way line of Lancaster Lane County Road No. 12 -147; Thence South 41 °49'35"
West, 30.00 feet, to a spike on the centerline of said County Road, being the beginning of a nontangent circular curve to
the right, which has its radius point bearing South 41 °49'35" West; thence coursing along said centerline as follows:
Southeasterly 90.59 feet, along the are of said curve, through a central angle of 43 °53' 18" with a radius of 118.27 feet,
to a spike at PC 40 +31.00; South 04 °17'07" East, 142.67 feet, to a spike at PT 38 +88.29, the beginning of a circular
curve to the Left; Southeasterly 113.71 feet, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 33 °47'05 with a
radius of 192.84 feet, to a spike at the PCC of said curve, the beginning of a circular curve to the left: Southeasterly
56.17 feet, along the arc or said curve, through a central angle of 28°29'17" with a radius of 112.97 feet, to an
intersection of said curve with the South line of said Southwest Quarter, and leave said centerline; thence North
89 °57'49" East, 159.28 feet, along said South line, to the spike of beginning

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
3. That no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage,
or any part thereof.
4. That the power of sale contained in the Mortgage having been made operative by reason of such
default, Bank of America, N.A. "Mortgagee elected to foreclose the same and at the request and direction of
Mortgagee a written notice of the intention to foreclose the Mortgage was served upon the record owner and the
party in possession of said real property at least ten (10) days prior to commencement of the first publication of the
foreclosure sale notice, as shown by the affidavit attached hereto as Exhibit A and by this reference made a part
hereof.
5. That Mortgagee has caused publication to be made of a notice of foreclosure sale in the Star Valley
Independent, a newspaper published and having general circulation in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, once a
week for four (4) consecutive weeks, commencing with the September 24,2014 issue of said newspaper and ending
with the October 15, 2014 issue thereof; that said notice was mailed, certified mail, return receipt requested, to all
parties as required by Wyoming statutes, as shown by the affidavit attached hereto as Exhibit A and by this
reference made a part hereof, and that said notice as mailed and published, did comply in all respects with the
requirements of the statutes relating to foreclosures of mortgages by advertisement and sale; and that copy of said
notice and the publisher's affidavit of publication thereof are attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this reference
made a part hereof.
6. That on the date, and at the time and place specified in said notice of foreclosure sale, to -wit: On
October 21, 2014 at 10:00 AM, at the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Ave, Kemmerer, WY 83101,
the undersigned proceeded to sell the above described real property at public auction in accordance with the notice
of foreclosure sale by then and there calling for bids on said real property; and that the highest and best sum bid for
said real property was the sum of $156,780.00 "Bid Sum which was bid and offered by Bank of America, N.A.
"Successful Bidder and that after soliciting and calling for other and higher bids therefore, and receiving none
from those attending upon the sale, said real property was struck off and sold by the undersigned to the Successful
Bidder for the Bid Sum; and that the Bid Sum was thereupon paid and the sale of said real property was then and
there completed as by law provided.
7. That the sum of $3,159.30 is to be paid to Halliday, Watkins Mann, P.C., the attorneys for
Mortgagee, as compensation for services actually rendered in the foreclosure proceeding, said attorneys having
made and affidavit as required by the statutes of the State of Wyoming, a copy of said affidavit being attached hereto
as Exhibit C, and by this reference made a part hereof.
8. That the sale of the above described real property was made in full compliance with the provisions
of the Mortgage thereby foreclosed and was in all respects conducted in conformity with the requirements of the
Wyoming Statutes.

9. That said Successful Bidder shall be entitled to a deed to the above described real property,
together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto, at and upon expiration of
three (3) months and thirty (30) days from and after October 21, 2014, the date of the sale, unless the property shall
have been redeemed as provided by law prior to that time.
