KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Lillian Juvan, a single
person, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($io.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised,
released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does remis, release and
forever quitclaim to Lillian Juvan and Theresa Lovette Merhar, as joint tenants
with rights of survivorship, whose address is 1318 3rd West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY
83101, all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the State of
Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
Lots 15 and 16 of Block 4 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed
as Plat No. 188 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk
TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereunto; subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements and rights -of -way of record or in sight or use.
