Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO:
Steven D. Brown and Katelyn A. Brown
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is PO Box 492, LaBarge, WY 83123, the following described
real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws'of the State to -wit:
Lots 7 and 8 of Block 1 of Alleran First Addition to the Town of LaBarge, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any and all easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
