Stanek, with her counsel, M. Kevin Voyles, of LUTHI VOYLES, LLC, for Summary Probate of Real Property in the Estate of Petitioner's husband, Leo Joseph Stanek, filed pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 2 -1 -205. Notice of the Petition was published as required by Wyoming Statutes 2- 1- 205(c) for two consecutive weeks. An Affidavit of Publication providing proof of that publication has been filed herein. The record shows that no one has made timely objection to the distribution of the real property and the interests real property that was requested in Petitioner's Petition. Accordingly, the hearing scheduled in this matter was not held. The Court finds that Petitioner is entitled pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 2 -1 -205 to the distribution of real property and the interests in real property that was requested in her Petition. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERE Y ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: 1. That title to the real property in Lincoln County, Wyoming described below is hereafter vested as follows: Michelle C. Stanek, as sole owner of the Common Areas of Bear Hollow Twin Homes Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat filed on June 20, 2000 as Instrument No. 866535 in the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, and as conveyed in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on March 18, 2011 in Book 764 at Page 193 as Receiving No. 958543. 2. That the mortgagee interests in real property in Lincoln County, Wyoming described below are hereafter vested as follows: Michelle C. Stanek, Mortgagee, in the Mortgage from Paulette Gustafson, sole owner, on Lots 5 6 of Bear Hollow Twin Homes Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat filed on June 20, 2000 as Instrument No. 866535 in the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, said Mortgage being that which was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on November 1, 2013 in Book 823 at Page 415 as Receiving No. 973971. Michelle C. Stanek, Mortgagee, in the Mortgage from Tam Maynard and Angie Maynard, husband and wife, on Lots 22, 23, 24 of Bear Hollow Twin Homes Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat filed on June 20, 2000 as Instrument No. 866535 in the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, said Mortgage being the Mortgage and Assignment of Rents and Leases that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on December 2, 2011 in Book 777 at Page 335 as Receiving No. 962195. IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LEO JOSEPH STANEK DECREE ESTABLISHING TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY AND MORTGAGEE INTERESTS IN REAL PROPERTY PAGE 2 OF 3 Michelle C. Stanek, Mortgagee, in the Mortgage from John Beckett and Amanda Beckett, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, on Lot 21 of Bear Hollow Twin Homes Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat filed on June 20, 2000 as Instrument No. 866535 in the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, said Mortgage being that which was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on May 4, 2011 in Book 766 at Page 271 as Receiving No. 959167.
