The lien is being placed on the property due to the unpaid balance of $10,000.00. The lien pertains to the contract executed between the parties of Cleary Building Corp. and Lester and Debbi Blair and the balance has yet to be paid. Cleary Building Corp. will release the lien once the above balance has been paid which is accruing interest per the terms of the contract. If payment is not received by October 27, 2014 we will instruct our attorney to initiate a foreclosure action on the lien.
