WYOMING -LIEN STATEMENT
THE UNDERSIGNED LIEN CLAIMANT, pursuant to Title 29, Chapters 1 and 2
of the Wyoming Statutes, is filing this Lien Statement at the Office of the County Clerk
for the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, as a claim and lien on property and for the
matters described and referred to herein as follows:
(1) The Undersigned, Tim Johrison/Cleary Building Corp. whose address is 190
Paoli St., Verona, WI 53593, is the Lien Claimant and person seeking to enforce this
Lien.
(2) The amount of the claim for this Lien, which is due and owing to the Lien
Claimant is $10,000.00.
(3) The name(s) and address(es) of the person(s) against whose property this lien
is filed is Lester and Debbi Blair Lot 14 Bear Creek Estates Drive Thayne, WY 83127.
(4) The following itemized list describes the materials, work, labor or services
delivered to or performed at the premises: 60' x 90' x 20'8" pre- engineered building.

(5) The person(s) against whom this lien claim is made is: Lester and Debbi Blair,
whose last known address(es) is /are PO Box 2843 Jackson, WY 83001.

This agreement becomes a binding contract upon acceptance signature by both parties below. In the event of a default by
Purchaser, Purchaser shall be responsible and pay Seller upon demand all of the costs incurred by Seller in collecting the sums
due hereunder, including attorney's fees and disbursements. In the event Purchaser does not complete the transaction, it is
acknowledged that Purchaser shall be liable for breach of contract damages, including but not limited to costs and lost profits
incurred by Cleary Building Corp.

Please find enclosed a copy of the mechanics lien that will be filed on your property. The
lien is being placed on the property due to the unpaid balance of $10,000.00. The lien
pertains to the contract executed between the parties of Cleary Building Corp. and Lester
and Debbi Blair and the balance has yet to be paid. Cleary Building Corp. will release
the lien once the above balance has been paid which is accruing interest per the terms of
the contract. If payment is not received by October 27, 2014 we will instruct our
attorney to initiate a foreclosure action on the lien. Please note that if this should happen,
you will also be responsible for interest, attorney fees, and court costs as stated in our
contract. Please direct any questions or concerns to me at the above address and phone
