Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter (SE1 /4NW1/4) of Section Five (5), Township
Thirty -two (32) North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., and running
thence South 725 feet; thence South 83 °15' East 315 feet; thence
South 78 °30' East 315 feet; thence North 50 °20' East 390 feet;
thence North 32 °30' East 135 feet; thence North 85 °30' East 1190
feet; thence North 76 °30' East 188 feet; thence North 87 °10' East,
253 feet; thence North 0 °0' East, 249 feet; thence North 90 °0'West
2640 feet (plus or minus) to point of beginning and containing
29.15 acres, more or less of which 6.1 acres in the Northwest
