QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that DENISE A. KRALL, Successor
Trustee of the James and Donna Lotz Trust, dated December 8, 1993 of 1001 Garnet Street,
Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to TERRY E. LOTZ, a single person, whose address is 928 3rd
West Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, Grantee, all interest presently owned or hereafter
acquired in and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 9 of Block 3 of the Lincoln Heights Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand on the day of October, 2014.
