This Warranty Deed, made this a4A day of October, 2014, by
ROBERT P. NELSON and SUSAN E. NELSON, Grantors, P.O. Box 177 (537
Production Street), Linch, Johnson County, Wyoming, 82640, in consideration of
ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, hereby convey
and warrant a one -half (1/2) undivided interest in the following described real
estate to Robert P. Nelson and Susan E. Nelson, Trustees, or their successors in
trust, under The Robert P. Nelson Living Trust, dated September 18, 2014,
and any amendments thereto, AND herby convey and warrant a one -half
(1/2) undivided interest in the following described real estate to Susan E. Nelson
and Robert P. Nelson, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under The Susan
E. Nelson Living Trust, dated September 18, 2014, and any amendments
thereto, Grantees, as tenants in common, any and all of the interest that Grantors
may now or may hereafter have in and to that real property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:
To have and to hold, all the herein described property, together with the
tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances, and improvements belonging thereto or
in anywise appertaining, subject only to those easements and restrictions of record
and waiving any and all rights of homestead Grantors may now or hereafter have
in and to said property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hand the date written
