That he makes this affidavit as his recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to the provisions of W.S. 34 -2 -123 and in connection with the following described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming: Swift Creek Property (corner of Swift Creek Lane and Washington Street, Afton, Wyoming): Township 32 North, Range 119 West, 6 P.M.: Section 25: The South five and one quarter (5 -1/ acres, of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2NE1/4NE1/4), EXCEPTING: (a) a portion of the E1/2NE1/4NE1/4 more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron pipe set in the southerly line of said E1/2NE1/4NE1/4, said iron pipe being 1325.20 feet South and 455.87 feet N 89 °57' W from the Northeast corner of said Section 25; thence N 89 °57' W 149.04 feet to an iron pipe set; thence N 0 °42'10" W 238.84 feet to an iron pipe set in the southerly line of a County Road 60 feet wide; thence S 75 °15'02 "E, along last said southerly line 154.62 feet to an iron pipe set; thence S 0 °42'10" E 199.60 feet to the point of beginning. Motel Property located 345 South Washington, Afton, Wyoming: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Lot 2 in Block 17, in the Afton, Wyoming Townsite Survey, as platted and recorded, and running thence North 6 rods; thence East 10 rods; thence North 4 rods; thence East 10 rods; thence South 10 rods; thence West 20 rods to the place of beginning. Smoot 40 (located on Highway 89 in Smoot): A tract or parcel of land, described as beginning at a point 90 rods North from the Southwest corner of the NW1 /4 of Section 5, Township 30 North, Range 118 West, and running thence North 27 rods 5 feet; thence East 140 rods; thence South 38 rods 5 feet; thence West 129 rods; thence North 11 rods; thence West 11 rods, to the place of beginning. 2 2. That the name of the grantee in that Quitclaim Deed dated March 8, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on June 11, 2001, in Book 466, page 257, Recording No. 873787, conveying the above described real property is hereby stated to be as follows: Marjorie Hunsaker, Trustee of the Marge Hunsaker Family Trust dated March 8, 2001. The beneficiaries of this trust are Eddie O. Hunsaker, Jennifer H. Heap, John E. Hunsaker, and Barbara Jo H. Erickson. 3. That his name and address is John E. Hunsaker, PO Box 134, Smoot, WY 83126. 4. That he is a beneficiary of the trust referred to, that Marjorie Hunsaker became deceased on August 18, 2014, and that upon the death of Marjorie Hunsaker, he became the sole trustee of the Marge Hunsaker Family Trust dated March 8, 2001. 5. That as of August 18, 2014, the date of death of Marjorie Hunsaker, John E. Hunsaker became the sole trustee of the Marge Hunsaker Family Trust dated March 8, 2001, including its ownership of the real property described above, and that he is currently lawfully serving in that capacity. 6.
