SULENTA, Petitioner herein, the Personal Representative of the Estate of GRACE E. SULENTA, deceased, did file a Interim Report and Accounting and Petition For Decree Of Partial Distribution herein, which document is now incorporated herein by this reference, which said Petition prayed in relevant part for an Order Approving Interim Report and Accounting and Petition For Decree Of Partial Distribution and for other relief as might appear necessary, proper or equitable under the circumstances shown; and, NOW THEREFORE the Court finds that said report did represent truly the administration and condition of the said estate to date, did show that JOHN A. SULENTA, the Personal Representative, has administered the said Decedent's estate in a prudent manner and according to law and that the Petition did contain a proposed schedule of partial distribution, which properly reflected the provisions of the statutes of the State of Wyoming and the Last Will And Testament of the Decedent insofar as the same may be applied to the property remaining in the said estate; The Court further finds that all parties entitled to notice of and a hearing on said Petition were given notice, that the time for said hearing has passed and there have neither been any objections to said Petition filed nor did anyone appear at the time and place of said hearing to object to said Petition; NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED: 1. That the said Interim Report and Accounting and Petition For Decree Of Partial Distribution heretofore filed in the Estate by the Petitioner be and the same hereby is approved and allowed. 2. That the Personal Representative be and hereby is authorized to pay the costs and fees set out in said Interim Report. 3. That all of the ownership interest of the Decedent, Grace E. Sulenta, in and to the following described real property located in Sublette County and Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit: A. An undivided one -half interest in a parcel of land located in E1 /2SE1/4SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 33, T.34N., RIO9W., 6 P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming; (Description is attached as Exhibit A.) C. Thirty-Five acres located on Agate Street, Sublette County. Wyoming; (Description is attached as Exhibit C.) D. Tract Five (5), Butte Large Tract Development, Sublette County, Wyoming; E. Resurvey Tract 40 which was described under the original survey as the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/4SW1/4) and Lots Five (5), Ten (10) and Twelve (12) of Section 6 and Lot Three (3) of Section 7, all in Township 23 North, Range 111 West of the 6 P.M. Lincoln County, Wyoming and which is also located in Section One and Section Twelve of Township 23 North, Range 112 West of the 6 P.M. Lincoln Count, Wyoming. (Description is attached as Exhibit D.) be and hereby is distributed to Dry Winds, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, P.O. Box F, Pinedale, WY 82941. 4. That the sum of $50,000.00 be and hereby is distributed to Dry Winds, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, to provide capital for the payment of taxes and insurance while the above mentioned real property is being marketed.
