property, to-wit:

WITHIN THE SE1 /4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH, RANGE 118 WEST, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT RECORDED
IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, FEBRUARY 11, 1994, PLAT NO. 264 -D, AS INSTRUMENT NO. 778568.
TOGETHER WITH any and all improvements, water and ditch rights, easements, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and any reversion, remainder, rents, issues, and profits thereof.
In construing this Deed and where the context .so requires, the singular includes the plural, and the masculine, the feminine and neuter.
