NORMA J. ALLYN, Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey and
quit claim to the ALLYN FAMILY TRUST, dated March 15,1991, Robert L. Allyn and Norma
J. Allyn, Trustees, Grantee, the following described real estate situated in Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
