KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Scott R. Wakeman, in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released,
conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does remis, release and forever
quitclaim to Scott R. Wakeman and Sandra K. Wakeman, husband and wife,
as tenants by the entireties, whose address is 522 Upper Sunset, Kemmerer, WY
83101, all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the State of
Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
A part of Lots 12,13 and 14 of Block 1 of the Sunset Subdivision to the
Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said land being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 14;
thence N26 °24' W, 34.94 feet along the rear lot line of said Lot 14 to
the point of beginning;
thence N82 °o7' W, 100.37 feet;
thence northerly along a curve to the left, the radius of which is 50.00
feet, a distance of 48.55 feet through a central angle off 55 38';
thence N42 °15'E, 82.98 feet to a point on the rear lot line of said Lot
12;
thence 26 °34'E, 133.11 feet along rear lot lines of said Lot 12, 13 and 14
to the point of beginning
TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereunto; subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements and rights -of -way of record or in sight or use.
