Agreement made this 23 day of October, 2012 between Rodney Craig Smith and Leanne A.
Smith hereinafter referred to as "SELLER" and Christopher D. Abrams and Melanie A. Abrams,
hereinafter referred to as "PURCHASER
The parties recite and declare that:
A. The parties entered into a Contract for Deed dated October 18 2006 and recorded said
Contract for Deed on October 26, 2006 at the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, WY as
document #923746, Book 638, Page 209. That the Real estate described in said Contract
for Deed is located at 203 Circle Drive, Afton, WY and is legally described as follows:
B. The Parties desire to amend said Contract for Deed in regards to purchase price and terms
(Section 2 of Original Contract for Deed). The following will now override the original
terms previously agreed upon. The purchase price of the property shall be $201,250.00.
The purchaser does hereby agree to pay to the Seller the sum of Two Hundred and one
thousand two hundred and fifty dollars.
The down payment of $11,250.00 paid on October 18, 2006 will be credited to new
purchase price. The balance payable, as a monthly principal and interest payment based on
the sum of the balance of $190,000.00 at a rate of 6 percent annum for a term of 25 years.
A payment of $1 224.17 is due each month beginning on the 23'' day of November, 2012
and continuing on the same day of each month thereafter until the balance is paid in full.
C. Four years from Contract date purchaser will make all efforts to secure a conventional
mortgage loan to pay off this contract in full. If purchaser is unable to secure a
conventional mortgage then purchaser agrees, to apply for a loan each year after the initial
application (November 2016) until said loan is attained.

All other terms, conditions, and provisions of the original Contract for Deed shall remain
effective as is and any conflict in the terms of between said contract for deed and the amendment
described herein shall be governed by the terms of this Amendment.
