QUIT CLAIM MINERAL DEED
THAT, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and othergood and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Valorie Wells, P. O. Box 2726,
Evergreen, Colorado 80437 -2726, Grantor, does hereby quit claim, grant, bargain, sell, transfer,
set over and convey, unto John M. Wells and Valorie Wells, Trustees of The Wells Revocable
Trust dated February 27, 2014, P. O. Box 2726, Evergreen, Colorado 80437 -2726, Grantee, all of
Grantor's right, title, interest, and estate, both at law and in equity in the properties described
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, including, all of Grantor's interest in
and to the oil, gas and other minerals of every kind and character in and under and that may be
produced from the properties described on said Exhibit "A together with the right of ingress
and egress at all times for the purpose of mining, drilling, exploring, operating and developing
said properties for oil, gas and other minerals, and storing, handling transporting and marketing
the same therefrom.
To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said Grantee, their heirs,
successors, personal representatives, administrators, executors and assigns forever.
This Quit Claim Deed is executed and delivered without warranty of title, express or implied.
Executed this 10th day of November, 2014.

TRUSTEES OF THE WELLS REVOCABLE TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 27, 2014, GRANTEE.
ALL ACREAGE LOCATED IN LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
Township 22 North, Range 120 West, 6th P.M.
That portion of Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, and the SW 1/4 NE 1/4, S 1/2 NW 1/4,
and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 2; the S 1/2 N 1/2 of Section 3; the W 1/2
SW 1/4 of Section 15; Lot 5 of Section 21; and the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, and
Lot 5 of Section 22, lying within the following described tract:

and the SW 1/4 NE 1/4, S 1/2 NW 1/4, and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 2; the
S 1/2 N 1/2 of Section 3; the W 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 15; Lot 5 of Section
21; and the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, and Lot 5 of Section 22, in Township 22 North,
Range 120 West, 6th P.M., lying Westerly of the East right -of -way line of
Lincoln County Road 207 (as it is located on the date hereof) are included
in this Deed.
