SNYDER KIEHNE, husband wife, ("Grantor"), for a ·good and valuable consideration, the receipt of whic}i is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and wa~ant 'unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Co¢oration, of Alton and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assi~s, ("Grantees"), a peCetual easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of ~OMING along a line described as follows, to wit: B~ING a portion of the S1/2NE1/4 of Section 27, T36N, Rll9W of the 6th P.M., in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING South 89° 10' 05'East 571 ft, north 10 fl. from the C 1/4 of said Section 27 to be known as Point "A"; Thence S 89° 10' 05" E 1241ft.; Thence from Point "A" N 58° W 237 fl.; To a transformer 10cation; Thence N 68° W82 fl. to a meter location. EASEMENT to include 10 feet on 8ach side of described line. Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and e~ess and to'excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, tri~, or remove trees, shrubbew, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and ma~etic Fields'(EMF) are naturally occun-ing in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing and info~ation is avhilable upon request ~om the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
