WYOMING and holder of that certain Mortgage made and executed by Robert Dewey, or his
successors in trust under the Dewey Living Trust, dated September 27, 2004, and any amendments
thereto, as Mortgagor, whose address is 6602 N. Lost Dutchman Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253
and BANK OF JACKSON HOLE as Mortgagee on July 16, 2014, certifies that the Mortgage has been
fully paid, satisfied or otherwise discharged. The Mortgage was recorded on July 22, 2014 in the

Mortgage. The Mortgage having been complied with, the undersigned releases the Mortgage and
