KATHERINE E. TOMASSI, as Trustee of the KATHERINE E. TOMASSI TRUST dated
March 26, 1998, Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to ANTHONY G. TOMASSI and KATHERINE E. TOMASSI, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, Grantees, whose address is 822 Moose Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming, 83101,
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lots 19 and 20 of Block 4 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
