the entireties, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT
an undivided one -half (1/2) tenancy in common interest to ANTHONY G. TOMASSI, as Trustee of
the ANTHONY G. TOMASSI TRUST dated March 26, 1998, and an undivided one -half (1/2)
tenancy in common interest to KATHERINE E. TOMASSI, as Trustee of the KATHERINE E.
TOMASSI TRUST dated March 26, 1998, Grantees, whose address is 822 Moose Street, Kemmerer,
Wyoming 83101, in and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to -wit:
Lots 19 and 20 of Block 4 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
Wyo. Stat. Ann. 4- 10- 402(c) shall apply to the property conveyed by this deed and
any proceeds resulting from the sale or disposition thereof.
