and in oonsideration of the sutra of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, the
following described real estate, situate in Linooln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue ofthe homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 1 of the ALPINE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown on the
Official Plat thereof tiled March 3, 1983, as Receiving No, 592764, in the Office of the CIerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, as Plat No. 294,
This Quit Claim Deed is being recorded because a certain Quit Claim Deed was acknowledged
but never recorded from ROBERT MORIN to R. LEE RITCHEY, Trustee of the R. LER! RITCI
REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT dated April 9, 1997 and was only to be recorded in the event
of a default on financing. The mortgage has been paid in full and released. but the original Quit
Claim Deed this deed is referencing cannot be located to be destroyed. To alleviate a future
cloud on the title if that original deed is over located and recorded accidently this deed was
created.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements
and rights -of way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
