WHEREAS, Barry Rodgers, as mortgagor, mortgaged to Wells Pargo Baiik, N.A., as mortgagee,
in the hereinafter described real property by that Certain mortgage dated 10/13/2009 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of
Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on 10/21/2009, as Instrument Number.
950118, Book 734, page 285.
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County,
State trf Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., acting under
a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on 11/12/2013 at 10 :00 AM o'clock in the forenoon, at public
venue, at the front oor of Lincoln County Courthouse, City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the
hereinafter described real property in the sum of $46,800. }0, and the said real property was then
and there sold to the Successful Bidder on 11/12/2013 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records
of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on 11/12/2013 as Instrument Number 974105, Book 824, Page 8;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the
laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired;
NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, 1 ;._i ;1 Zt 111
Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises,
have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., whose address is P,0. Box 11701, Newark, Ni 07101 -407, its
successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 6 Block 3 of Alleman Second Addition, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the Official Plat No. 322B Filed on November 29, 1989 as Instrument
No. 711017 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.

with an address of 450 Maple Street, Labarge, WY 83123.
Together will all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances
thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and
ail fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., its successors
and assigns forever.
