SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on October 9, 2014_OneWest Bank N.A., f /n /al OneWest Bank FSB,
with the address of 888 E. Walnut, Pasadena, CA 91109 the undersigned, hereinafter
referred to as First Party (MortgageeBeneficiary)and (Mortgagor/Trustors David G.
Turner and Anna C. Turner, husband and wife Deed of Trust/Mortgage dated
October 19, 2007 and recorded on November 8, 2007 as Inst/Doc 934734
VolumeBook/Liber 678 at page 292 in the County of Lincoln State of Wyoming
securing a debt in the original amount of 5160,600.00 Original Lender: IndyMac Bank
FSB., and assigned to OneWest Bank N.A. FKA OneWest Bank FSB recorded March 15,
2010 INT NO 952553 Volume/Book/Liber 744 at page 10

WHEREAS David G. Turner and Anna C. Turner, has executed a Deed of
Trust/ or Mortgage NOT TO EXCEED the amount of $417,000.00 dated
Loandepot.com, LLC hereinafter referred to as Second Party(Beneficiary) covering
the above described real estate and securing a note of like amount, which Deed of
Trust/or Mortgage is filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds,
County, State of on and recorded as document No.
in Book of Mortgages, at page of
the records of said County and State; and
WHEREAS, Second Party desires that the lien of its mortgage above referred to
shall be prior and superior to any right, title, interest, claim or lien which the First Party
may have in or to the said premises by virtue of its Deed of Trust/or Mortgages first above
described;
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned in consideration of the premises and the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to the First Party in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the said First Party does subordinate all rights created by the mortgages
above described to the undersigned First Party, or in any other manner, to the lien of the
mortgage to the said Second Party above described, and agrees that the said Deed of
Trust/or Mortgage to said Second Party shall constitute a first and prior lien upon the real
estate described in the mortgage of said Second Party, superior to any right, title interest,
claim or lien which the First Party may have in or on said premises, to the same extent as
though the mortgage to Second Party was actually executed and recorded prior to the
mortgages of the undersigned above described.
