Whereas, the proof of construction sets forth that said reservoir has been completed in accordance with the terms of said permit to a capacity sufficient to impound 0.705 acre -feet of water; and

Permit No. 7677 Enl. Note: This reservoir is located off channel.
NOW KNOW YE, That the Board of Control, under provisions of the Statutes of Wyoming, by an order duly made on August 21, 2014 and entered on October 24, 2014 in
Order Record 89 Page 439 has determined and established the priority and amount of such appropriation as follows:
