WHEREAS, (2) Duane and Shirley Hyde Family Trust has /have presented to the Board of Control of the State of Wyoming proof of appropriation of water from
Spring Branch /Reeves Slough, tributary Salt River, tributary Snake River
through the Walton Lehmberq Ditch under Permit No. 18801 for irrigation and stock herein described, lying and being in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
NOW KNOW YE, That the Board of Control, under provisions of the Statutes of Wyoming, has, by an order duly made on August 21, 2014 and entered on October 24, 2014 in
Order Record 89 Page 425 has determined and established the priority and amount of such appropriation as follows:

The right to water hereby confirmed and established is limited to irrigation and stock and the use.isrrettricted to the place where acquired and to the purpose for which acquired; rights for irrigation not to exceed
one cubic foot of water per second for each seventy acres of land for which the appropriation is herein, d tern fined and established; except when there is surplus water available under provisions of Sections 41 -4 -317
thru 41 -4 -325, W.S. 1977, and where there is excess water available under provisions of Section 41- 4-32bt'irI/41 4+ 11, W.S. 1985.
