13085 Res. located in SE1/4SWY44 Section 23 T. 31 N., R. 119 W., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Whereas, the proof of construction sets forth that said reservoir has been completed in accordance with the terms of said permit to a capacity sufficient to impound 0.67 acre -feet of water; and
that the source of the quantity of water authorized to be stored in the Hogan Reservoir is obtained from Hero Draw, tributary Salt River, tributary
Snake River and Hogan No. 1 Well, Permit No. U.W. 184298
NOW KNOW YE, That the Board of Control, under provisions of the Statutes of Wyoming, by an order duly made on August 21, 2014 and entered on October 24, 2014 in
Order Record 89 Page 439 has determined and established the priority and amount of such appropriation as follows:
