Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of March 6,
2014, and executed by Jacob A Galloway and Tiana Galloway, Husband and Wife, As Tenants
by the Entireties to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on
certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $10,000.00 which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 12`h day of March, 2014 in Book 829 of Mortgages, at Page 53 as
document #975595 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 18 day of
November, 2014
