KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Roy R. Lindstrom and Maxine Lindstrom, Husband and Wife, hereinafter
referred to as "GRANTOR for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO /100
DOLLARS ($10.00) cash and other good and valuable consideration hereby grant,
convey, and sell the following described property in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to the Trustee of the Lindstrom Family Trust U /D /T November 10, 2014, to-
wit:
The North One -Half of Tract Number Fourteen of Sheet Number Three of the
Hoback Ranches Subdivision according to the plat thereof as filed in the Public
Records of Sublette County, Wyoming (N1 /2SW1 /4NE1/4 of Section 10,
Township 36 North Range 112 West of the 6 P.M.)
Commonly known as 155 Rim Road, Afton, Wyoming,
Assessor's GEO -Pin Number 36121010200800, Account R0007139,
Local ID 110001933
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the property together with all and singular, the rights
and appurtenances thereto in any way belonging unto GRANTEE and GRANTEE'S
heirs, executors and assigns forever. GRANTOR does hereby covenant to and with the
said GRANTEE, that GRANTOR is the owner in fee simple of said premises; that said
premises are free from all encumbrances EXCEPT those to which this conveyance is
expressly made subject and those made, suffered or done by the GRANTEE. This
conveyance is made and accepted subject to any and all validly existing restrictions,
mineral reservations and interests, conditions, covenants, easements, and rights of way, if
any, applicable to and enforceable against the Property as now reflected by the records of
the County Clerk in said County and State and to any applicable zoning laws or
ordinances and building, use and occupancy codes.
When this Deed is executed by more than one person, or when GRANTEE is
more than one person, the instrument shall read as though pertinent verbs and pronouns
were changed to correspond.
