QUITCLAIM DEED
Stacy J. Hutchinson, nka Stacy J.Jenkins grantor(s) of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable Consideration $10.00 in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby Convey(s) and Quitclaim(s) To
whose address is: all interest in the following described real property, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, to wit:
A parcel of land in Section 6, Township 31 North Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is North 0° 17' West, 40.0 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 6
and running Thence North 0 °17' West, 448.46 feet;
Thence in a Southeasterly direction 372.68 feet;
Thence South 01 °17' East, 100.0 feet in a line parallel to its opposite boundary;
Thence South 89 °10' West, 156.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ALSO:
A triangular shaped parcel of land situate in the Southwest Quarter Southwest Quarter, Section 6, and
the Northwest Quarter Northwest Quarter, Section 7, Township 31 North, Range 118 West, of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being a part of the existing right -of -way of Wyoming Highway 236,
being described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 6, being monumented by a 3" brass Cap PLS 5368,
from which the S -S1/64 corner of Section 1 6, Township 31 North, Range 118/119 West, bears North
0 °37'10.5" East a distance of 661.31 feet, being monumented by a 3" brass Cap PLS 164;
Thence North 42 °32'27.8" East a distance of 57.07 feet to point on the existing Northerly right -of -way
boundary of Wyoming highway 236, said point bein monumented by a highway right -of -way marker,
being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence along said Northerly right -of -way boundary North 89 °52'08.3" East a distance of 115.67 feet to
the Easterly boundary of that certain tract of land described in Book 596PR at page 10 of the Lincoln
County records;
Thence South 0 °37'10.5" West a distance of 46.95 feet;
Thence North 67 °55'58.7" West a distance of 124.27 feet to the point of beginning.
The basis of bearing being a line between the Southwest corner of said Section 6 and the S -51/64 corner
of said Section 1 -6, it being North 0 °37'10.5" East.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
